The practice believes that discussion and collaboration result in the best design solution, as does learning from past successes and mistakes. Every project in the office is presented regularly to the design or construction review panel, with all members of the team present. Guest partners, directors and associates from other teams in the office are invited to contribute to the discussion about how a project is evolving, and how best to reach the design solution.
